Corners and Streets
I am very interested in the fleeting, momentary, transitional groups or singular figures in the urban landscape. By abstracting the figures, I am able to show closeness and intimacy, alienation and attachment, and the ability to carry-on with each day. I photograph the subtle movements and gestures of people, allowing color and blur to penetrate both the city and my mind.
